Job Title: Adolescent Clinical Supervisor
Reports To: Imagine Program Manager

POSITION SUMMARY: As a key member of the Imagine team, the Adolescent Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical supervision to other staff seeking clinical endorsement, which will include both clinical consultation and administrative tasks. This person will review and sign-off on chart documentation, organize and provide clinical trainings (to include CEU approval and certificates), and will take the lead on maintaining and implementing a healthy and ethical clinical environment for clients and team members. This person will also fulfill perform Counselor duties and provide direct care to Imagine clients.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • Case staffing, employee coaching and supervision, performance plans, participate in employee reviews and monitoring/recommending discipline for performance issues
  • Provide direct care to assigned clients, including individual sessions, facilitation of group sessions, and adherence to timely documentation standards
  • Ensure all persons providing clinical services are functioning within their competent parameters and maintaining education to do so
  • Audit charts for policy & procedure compliance, appropriate documentation and completion of all internal paperwork/documents
  • Responsible facilitate PHP and IOP level of care group sessions
  • Assist and resource clinical team with needs for ongoing CEU requirements
  • Educate and inform clinical team based on evidenced based research and updated DSM manual
  • Consultation with other mental health clinical professionals
  • Review of case record maintenance
  • Create and deliver clinical competency trainings as needed
  • Monitor and supervise incoming interns from various universities
  • Other clinically appropriate services as determined by the Company
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with established policies and procedures and standards of care
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION:

  • Master’s Degree of Social Sciences required
  • Maintain national and applicable state licensure requirements
  • Maintain clinical license in the state of practice as well as clinical supervision approval
  • At least five (5) years of paid full-time experience in the field of mental health
  • At least one (1) year experience providing clinical supervision preferred
  • An understanding of and adherence to the ethical standards of the respective license adopted by the governing board for licensure
  • Ability to effectively supervise, guide and mentor staff both directly and indirectly
  • Adherence to Compliance Program Plan

REQUIRED CERTIFICATES/LICENSES/REGISTRATIONS:

  • Must hold an active mental health licensure in the state where treatment services are rendered
  • Must hold an active LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT
  • Must maintain current nationally accredited CPR/First Aid/AED certification
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversight of clinical staff seeking clinical endorsement, which includes coaching, development, ethical education, performance feedback and monitoring of patient/client charts and counselor groups

  • Requires heavy use of mouse and keyboard
  • Outpatient adolescent treatment setting. Exposure to disturbed and potentially aggressive patients may be frequent. Stress ranges from low to intense depending on the situation

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

  • Completion of a tuberculin screening during first week of employment
  • Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, post-accident and upon reasonable suspicion of use
  • Completion of orientation and required paperwork prior to reporting to work
  • Demonstrated computer literacy
  • Completion of CPR/First Aid Training within first ninety (90) days of employment
  • Attendance at all mandatory staff development and training
  • Completion of background and professional reference checks
  • Completion of a Motor Vehicle Record check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,0000 - $100,000 Annual Salary
